The Hybrid Course Initiative, now in its second year, assists faculty in the redesign of on-campus courses into a “blended” format with significant online components and reduced classroom meeting time. Come see the approaches of OSU faculty who have transformed their courses into hybrids.

	Simon is an associate professor in the department of Exercise Science in the College of Public Health and Human Sciences. He has been involved with hybrid course development for the past 3 years and is currently working on two hybrid courses.
	Irene Rolston is a cultural anthropologist who teaches a variety of undergraduate anthropology courses at Oregon State University and at Linn Benton Community College. She also teaches a class that combines international students with domestic students for INTO-OSU.
